Attendance Methods

Automated Attendance

The desktop agent automatically tracks:

• Login/logout times
• Active/idle/offline status
• Application focus time
• Attendance anomalies

Manual Punch In/Out

Employees can manually:

• Clock in when starting work
• Clock out when finishing
• Log breaks independently
• Add remarks or time adjustments

Mobile Attendance

• Mobile app punch in/out
• Face recognition attendance (coming soon)
• GPS-based attendance (coming soon)
• Offline punch capability

Shift Configuration

Flexible Shifts

• Set working hours (e.g., 9 AM - 6 PM)
• Employees can start within flexible window
